用该法式翻开游戏办事端里 Core文件夹/dbc文件夹/Spell.dbc文件查找药水物品触发的技术并逐一点窜

比如
[低级治疗药水]118号它所发挥的技术ID为439
找到后把439号魔法后看上方的横向项目提醒格
第2项（默以为4）第31项（默以为10000）第32项（默以为8）
其中
2项为技术品种分派
31项为技术冷却时候
32项为m_interruptFlags 打断标志
把这些项目都改成0后玩家将可在游戏中自在利用响应点窜后的药水而且点窜后的药水之间不会相互关联冷却
